Dispute Resolution Clause

In the unlikely event of a disagreement between Cenra Solutions and the Client:

Informal Resolution First

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally through direct communication.

Mediation

If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to participate in mediation conducted by a neutral third party located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Small Claims Court

If mediation fails, either party may bring the dispute to Small Claims Court in Lancaster County, Nebraska, provided the claim falls within the court’s jurisdiction.

Attorney Fees

Each party is responsible for its own legal costs, regardless of outcome.
