Technology is messy. Sometimes devices are already damaged, data is corrupted, or things break unexpectedly during repair. This document is here to make sure we're all on the same page before service begins.
Acknowledgment of Risks
By signing below, you acknowledge and agree that Cenra Solutions is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing hardware issues
- Software corruption or virus damage
- Loss of data during repair or upgrade
- Equipment failures that occur during or after service unless caused by gross negligence
You are responsible for:
- Backing up your data before service
- Informing us of any known issues or concerns in advance
- Ensuring you have valid licenses for all software you request assistance with
We will do our best to protect your data and equipment during service, and we’ll always be transparent if we believe there's a risk.
