What We Do

We help fix tech problems, install or upgrade hardware/software, provide IT support, and more. We'll always let you know what we’re doing and give you a quote before starting.

How Quotes Work

You’ll get a breakdown of estimated time, cost, and services before work starts. For individuals, we may keep it simple and just tell you what it’ll cost. For businesses, we provide a written quote.

How Payments Work

We accept cash, invoices, or online payment. Business clients and large jobs may require a deposit.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

We do our best, but technology can be messy. If something breaks during service, we’ll try to fix it—but we're not responsible for existing damage or data loss. By agreeing to service, you accept that risk.

Privacy

We don’t store your data. If we help you set up storage or cloud backups, it stays yours—we don’t keep it.

Disputes

We try to resolve any problems directly. If that doesn’t work, we agree to use mediation or small claims court in Lincoln, NE.

When We Can Say No

We can refuse service if something feels shady or if the request involves sensitive data (like HIPAA info).
